This form must be completed to submit each student project. The project title and description will be posted with each project. Please provide students’ first names only or a group name. This will also be displayed with the project. 

Project files can be submitted as PDF, JPEG, GIF or PNG files, or through a project URL for videos or webpages (including Google Docs, Slides, Youtube, Vimeo or videos hosted on Google Drive).  Files can be a maximum of 50 MG. 

Your email and contact information requested will not be shared on the project AGRICULTURE website. You will be asked to verify that you have permission to share your students’ projects on the project AGRICULTURE website. Download a permission and release sample form here.
